With summer around the corner, I needed to lose some of this winter weight. Goodbye donuts, hello Lichi Super Fruit Diet! After seeing the ad in OK! Weekly, I ordered my 30-day set and was surprised at how effective it was. Within a week I had lost a few pounds (probably water weight) and my workout intensity increased dramatically. Also, my skin cleared up which is great since this dry weather has wreaked havoc on my face. I noticed that I don't crave certain sugary food which is my ultimate weakness.

I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and have to be careful with what kind of diet products I take since they are full of caffeine. However Lichi Super Fruit didn't make me jittery or anxious at all. You need to follow the directions and take it midday; I've realized it is better to take these supplements with food in the stomach.

Will I keep taking it? Yes absolutely. Not only do I look great on the outside but I feel much better on the inside. I hope to continue... Read more

I was amazed at this product. I took it at 11 am one hour before lunch. I was not hungry until 1, two hours passed and I was amazed how I was not starving. Also I felt full until 6 pm that evening. I had energy and will share this with my friends. Also I gave up sweets and my triglycerides went down 50 points. I highly recommend this product.

After doing a lot of internet research on something to give my workouts a little push I came across the Lichi website ( [...] ) and decided to give it a try. And I have to say it is just what I was looking for. Its given me more energy during the day and helped me to workout harder. Using this, plus my workout plan will totally have me in-shape by summer!

I discovered Solgar's Tonalin 1250 mg at my favorite health food store a few years ago. One of the clerks told me they have a customer who comes in every year a month or so before her cruise buying several bottles (she says it helps her to get in swimsuit shape). You take one twice a day, eat a sensible calorie controlled diet and exercise daily. The first week I lost 5 pounds. I lost the same amount the second week. Then a steady 3 and 4 pounds each week thereafter. Since that time I have shed several dresses sizes, 40 pounds and have maintained the weight lost to date.

OK. So first off I do not take this product and sit on the couch hoping that by flicking the remote it will help me lose a few pounds. I am a triathlete and I train hard. But I was looking to lose more weight as I am still a little on the heavier side. I started taking this along with NOW Foods Cinnamon Bark 600mg, 240 Capsules and I swear to you the weight started to just melt off. Now I was already training hard but the weight was not really consistently coming off. And it was more in the one pound a week area.
