He said this is the first thing he tries before going to more drastic measures for dry eyes (like tear duct plugs). I was skeptical but since Omega supposed to be good for your heart I started taking it. Two weeks later my eyes feel so much better with no other changes. Wow! My doctor told me to take two pills a day - morning and evening. I also joined a gym. I am over 50, and have been having acne breakouts worse then when I was a teenager. I blamed it on the sweating. 2 weeks ago, I stopped taking the Triple Omega.
